90-Day Refills

In order to reduce the need to go to the Parkland Pharmacy in person, some medications will now be refilled with a 90-day supply instead of a 30-day supply. Parkland’s Pharmacy will fill a 90-day supply for certain medications for patients who receive their prescriptions at Parkland and their insurance allows a 90-day supply.

Types of medicines

Medication types that will be considered for 90-day fills include:

  • Asthma
  • Allergy
  • Cholesterol
  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • Thyroid
  • Seizures
  • Topical (for the skin)
