The Parkland Center for Nursing Excellence is dedicated to executing and implementing the Parkland Nursing Strategic Plan. The center provides a central meeting location for nursing activities aimed at supporting a professional practice environment, including Shared Governance, PENCAP, awards and recognitions, nursing celebrations, Pathway to Excellence ®, Magnet ® journey and so much more!
This center staff provide a wide range of consultation services to nurses interested in advancing their education, skills and knowledge in research and integration of evidence-based practice.
