About the VIP Clinic
Help and healing is possible if someone has seriously hurt you. We believe you. We want to help you heal.
Most services are free of charge. We help survivors and witnesses heal from trauma and abuse, including:
- Domestic/Family Violence
- Sexual Assault
- Childhood Abuse
- Aggravated Assault
- Surviving family members of homicide victims
- Assault/Hate Crimes
- Human Trafficking

Our trauma-informed staff speaks English and Spanish. Help in other languages is available as needed.
Who can receive our services?
Abuse and violence can happen to anyone. Our services are offered to women, men, teens and children 4 years and older who live in Dallas County.
What services do we provide?
Counseling – play therapy, family therapy, individual counseling, and group counseling.
Advocates – VIP Clinic advocates are available to serve hospital patients at Parkland.
Education/Outreach – Bilingual staff are available to speak at your school, church, clinic and more. In addition, staff attends health fairs and other community events to spread awareness about the VIP clinic services. Please click here to request Parkland to attend your event.
