Welcome to the Parkland team. Residents/fellows who will be paid by Parkland (remunerative status ONLY) are offered benefits, including Parkland’s retirement program.

You must enroll within 31 days of your hire date for coverage to begin when you become eligible. NOTE: You are not eligible to enroll until day one of your hire date. You will then have 31 days to complete the process. If you do not complete your online enrollment as a new hire by the deadline, you may not enroll for benefits until the next annual enrollment period unless you have a qualified change in status.
