  Current Practice: Dr. Alvarez has a background in service to under and uninsured populations as a Hospitalist Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, an Associate Director of Pharmacy for Inpatient and Ambulatory Clinical Services and currently serves as the Director of Innovation and Value at Parkland Health.

  Current Practice: Dr. Appleberry-Recker serves as the Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy, Clinical, and Specialty Services. In this role, she oversees all ambulatory services in Parkland Health’s Anderson clinic, Moody clinic, Employee pharmacy and Central fill replenishment center.

  Current Practice: Dr. Banks is the manager for the inpatient decentral pharmacists who service medicine, surgery, and the emergency department. Dr. Banks is also involved with formulary management and coordinates the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities.

  Current Practice: Dr. Johnson has spent the past 35 years providing healthcare services to the underserved in Dallas County.  Dr. Johnson has been the recipient of many awards including the 2010 Texas Pharmacy Leadership Award.  She is a fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and continues to be an advocate and active member in the pharmacy profession. Dr. Johnson has been appointed to the ASHP Pharmacy Executive Leadership Alliance Advisory Panel, the ASHP Task Force on Racial Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for ASHP.

  Current Practice: Dr. McNulty is one of two Medication Safety Officers at Parkland Health. Current activities include managing patient safety events, participating in quality improvement projects, and facilitating medication safety committee meetings. Dr. McNulty serves as the Residency Program Coordinator for the PGY1/PGY2 HSPAL residency and a preceptor for pharmacy residents and students. Outside of Parkland Health, Dr. McNulty is an active leader within ASHP’s New Practitioner Forum and actively participates in Vizient’s Quality Safety and Compliance Committee.

Practice areas at Parkland Health include diabetes, hypertension, asthma/COPD, dyslipidemia, rheumatology, GI/Liver, anticoagulation, and pain management. Dr. Moss serves as the Residency Program Director for the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Parkland Health.

• Azadeh Mozaffari, PharmD – Pharmacy Manager

  Current Practice: Dr. Mozaffari serves as the Pharmacy Manager of Investigational Drug Services and manages all aspects of operational, clinical, data extraction, compliance, and finance. Her responsibilities include overseeing all clinical trial activities for inpatient, outpatient, and oncology services to ensure compliance with FDA, GCP, IRB, sponsors, JACHO, CMS and institutional regulations. Dr. Mozaffari is an active member of TSHP, ACRP, and serves as a pharmacy preceptor for pharmacy interns and residents.

• Ehigie (Garvey) Omorodion, PharmD, BCNSP, BCSCP, CNSC, CPPS – Pharmacy Manager

  Current Practice: Dr. Omorodion serves as the Pharmacy Manager of IV Sterile and Hazardous Compounding at Parkland Health. He is responsible for ensuring IV sterile compounding suites and personnel are compliant with USP Chapter <797> and <800> regulations as well compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations. Dr. Omorodion also provides clinical support for the interdisciplinary nutrition support team.

  Current Practice: Dr. Papillion serves as the Director of Pharmacy Services for Acute Care and Oncology Services. She specializes in leadership, team development, and strategic planning. With extensive experience in both hospital and ambulatory settings, she has successfully led and supported various operational and clinical programs. A strong advocate for patient-centered and cost-effective pharmacy care, Dr. Papillion is dedicated to enhancing healthcare outcomes and ensuring optimal patient experiences.

• Kelly Salzar, PharmD, MBA/MHSM, BCPS – Medication Safety Officer  

  PharmD: Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center
  Current Practice: Dr. Salzar is one of two Medication Safety Officers at Parkland Health covering all areas of pharmacy including Inpatient, Ambulatory and Correctional Health Services. Dr. Salzar helps to support the pharmacy team in preventing patient harm from medication errors and collaborating on performance improvement initiatives.

• Melisande Smith, PharmD, BCPS – Pharmacy Manager

  Current Practice: Dr. Smith serves as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager for the acute care hospital and oncology. She leads a team of clinical pharmacists and clinical pharmacy specialists. Dr. Smith has previously served as a critical care clinical pharmacy specialist and as a pharmacy operations manager. Her areas of interest included quality improvement, clinical informatics, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the continued advancement of clinical pharmacy services.

• Elizabeth Unachukwu, PharmD, MBA – Director at Pharmacy Services

  PharmD: Xavier University of Louisiana
  Current Practice: Dr. Unachukwu serves as a director of pharmacy services and over sees operations management of revenue cycle, 340B program, procurement, drug shortages, patient assistance programs and informatics. She is an active member of ASHP, THSP, MSHP, and precepts students and residents with hospital rotations.

Inpatient

	Brandon Boelts, PharmD- Surgical ICU/ECMO Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Drake University Pharmacy Practice Residency: Baylor University Medical Center Critical Care Specialty Residency: Baylor University Medical Center Current Practice: Dr. Boelts works in the inpatient setting and provides care to patients in the surgical ICU as well as well as patients receiving ECMO. Current activities include daily rounding with the surgical ICU and ECMO teams, formulary management, quality improvement projects, code blue response, and precepting residents and students. Areas of interest include mechanical circulatory support devices, cardiovascular emergencies, infectious disease, and teaching.
	Carol Chamberlain, PharmD, MA – Pain Management Specialist PharmD: University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy Masters Program in Psychology: Gustavus Adolphus College; University of Minnesota Pain Management Specialty Residency: Abbott Northwestern Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Chamberlain rounds with the Palliative Care Service and provides pain management services to the hospital. Past experience includes: retail pharmacy, inpatient clinical staff pharmacist, nursing home consultant, and counseling adolescents/adults in the field of psychology.
	Monica Chintapenta, PharmD, BCOP – Hematology/Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Texas Tech School of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA Hematology/Oncology Specialty Residency: Froedtert Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI Current Practice: Dr. Chintapenta works in the hematology/oncology clinic servicing patients seen within the hematology/oncology clinic and infusion center. She provides clinical services to providers, formulary management, and leads quality improvement projects.
	Sonya Desai, PharmD, BCPPS- Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Pediatrics and Neonatology PharmD: University of Wisconsin-Madison Pharmacy Practice Residency: Yale-New Haven Hospital Pediatrics Specialty Residency: Yale-New Haven Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Desai practices in a 96-bed Level III NICU, with areas of interest in sedation/pain management and infectious diseases in neonatal patients.
	Taylor Epperson, PharmD, BCPS- Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: University of Louisiana at Monroe Pharmacy Practice Residency: University of Mississippi Medical Center Internal Medicine Specialty Residency: University of Oklahoma Current Practice: Dr. Epperson works in the inpatient setting and provides care to patients on both the internal medicine teaching teams and hospitalist teams. Current activities include daily rounding with the internal medicine teaching teams, providing clinical services to providers, formulary management, pharmacy consults and quality improvement projects. Dr. Epperson serves as the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program coordinator. She is also an active member of the ACCP Adult Medicine PRN.
	Janie Faris, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP PharmD: Bernard J Dunn School of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Charleston Area Medical Center; Charleston, WV Critical Care Specialty Residency: Detroit Receiving Hospital; Detroit, MI Current Practice: Janie Faris works in the inpatient setting and provides care to adult and pediatric patients on the burn surgery service. Current activities include daily rounding with the burn surgery service, providing clinical service to providers, formulary management, pharmacy consults and quality improvement projects within the burn surgery service. She is an active member of Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) – Pharmacy SIG, SCCM Regional Michigan Chapter – Education Committee, and the American Burn Association Pharmacy Special Interest Group
	Jessica Fields, PharmD, BCPS- Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Samford University Pharmacy Practice Residency: UF Health Jacksonville; Jacksonville, FL Ambulatory Care Specialty Residency: UF Health Jacksonville; Jacksonville, FL Current Practice: Dr. Fields works in the inpatient setting and provides care to patients on both the internal medicine teams and hospitalist teams. Daily activities include rounding with the internal medicine teaching teams, answering clinical questions for the hospitalists service, completing consults, formulary management, quality improvement projects, and research. Dr. Fields also serves on the GI and Liver PT subcommittee.
	Hanna Hollingsworth, PharmD, BCPS – Pain Management Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Drake University Pharmacy Practice Residency: HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital Pain and Palliative Care Specialty Residency: Hospice of Southern Illinois Current Practice: Dr. Hollingsworth practices in both outpatient pain management at Parkland’s Integrated Pain and Healing Center and inpatient pain management through the Pharmacy Pain Consult service.  Dr. Hollingsworth is an active member of the Society of Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacists.
	Norman Mang, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP- Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Belmont University Pharmacy Practice Residency: Methodist Dallas Medical Center Infectious Diseases Specialty Residency: VA North Texas Health Care System Current Practice: Dr. Mang is one of three infectious diseases pharmacists at Parkland Hospital where he rotates through the inpatient ID consult service, antimicrobial stewardship, and facilitating transitions of care for patients discharging on home IV antibiotics. He is passionate about teaching and serves as both a preceptor and mentor for pharmacy residents and students. Additional areas of interest include microbiology and innovative process improvement.
	Heidi Michaels, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, BCIDP – Medical ICU Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Dallas VA Medical Center Critical Care Specialty Residency: Dallas VA Medical Center Current Practice: Heidi Michaels is a clinical pharmacy specialist board certified in pharmacotherapy, critical care, and infectious diseases. Current activities include daily rounding with the Medical ICU team, providing clinical services to providers, precepting pharmacy residents and students, and quality improvement projects.
	Jessica Ortwine, PharmD, BCIDP – Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: University of Michigan Pharmacy Practice Residency: Baptist Memorial Hospital; Memphis, TN Infectious Diseases Specialty Residency: Detroit Medical Center; Detroit, MI Current Practice: Dr. Ortwine is a board certified Infectious Diseases pharmacotherapy specialist.  Along with the other inpatient ID pharmacists, she rotates the responsibilities of rounding with the ID consult teams, performing antimicrobial stewardship activities, and facilitating transitions of care for patients discharging on IV antibiotics. She serves as a preceptor for both pharmacy residents and students and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
	Jennifer Roth, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP – Neurology/Neurosurgery Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: University of Missouri – Kansas City Pharmacy Practice Residency: Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City Current Practice: Dr. Roth is a clinical pharmacy specialist boarded in both pharmacotherapy and critical care. Current activities include daily rounding with the Neuro ICU team, providing clinical services to providers, formulary management, pharmacy consults and quality improvement projects. She is an active member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
	Connor Walsh, PharmD, DABAT- Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Mercer University College of Pharmacy; Atlanta, GA Pharmacy Practice Residency: Grady Health System; Atlanta, GA Clinical Toxicology Fellowship: Georgia Poison Center/Grady Health System; Atlanta, GA Current Practice: Dr. Walsh is a board-certified clinical toxicologist currently practicing as an emergency medicine clinical pharmacy specialist in the Parkland Emergency Department. Daily activities can include responding to and participating in cardiac arrests, level 1 trauma activations, rapid sequence intubation, code strokes, STEMI alerts, sepsis alerts, overdoses, poisonings and envenomation. His special interests include management of venomous bites and stings and is an active member of AACT.
	Wenjing Wei, PharmD, BCPS (AQ-ID)- Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: University of Texas at Austin Pharmacy Practice Residency: CHI St. Luke’s Health, Houston, TX Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Specialty Residency: Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston, TX Current Practice: Dr. Wei is currently one of three Infectious Diseases pharmacists at Parkland and rotates monthly through inpatient ID consult rounds, antimicrobial stewardship, and outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT) transitions of care. She enjoys precepting pharmacy students and residents and mentors research projects with a focus in infectious diseases. Dr. Wei also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Division of Infectious Diseases and provides education to medical students, physician assistant students, and ID fellows.

Ambulatory Care

	Adebola Akunna, PharmD, MPH, BCACP- Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Howard University College of Pharmacy PGY1 Pharmacy Residency: Howard University Hospital Family Medicine Specialty Residency: Howard University Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Akunna is the ambulatory care clinical pharmacy specialist at the deHaro-Saldivar Health Center. Practice areas include: diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, CHF, anticoagulation, and asthma/COPD management. She also assists with the multidisciplinary Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic at her practice site. She is also an active member of the National and Dallas-Fort Worth Chapters of American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
	Shrina Bana, PharmD, BCACP- Employee Health Center Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Ambulatory Care Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Bana is the Primary Care Clinical Specialist for Parkland’s Employee Health Center. Her daily activities include patient care visits focusing on chronic disease state management that includes diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, polypharmacy, and medication adherence.
	Kelsie Basso, PharmD, BCACP- Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Pharmacy PGY1 Pharmacy Residency: Harris Health System PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency: JPS Health Network Current Practice: Dr. Basso is the internal medicine clinical pharmacy specialist in the Parkland Internal Medicine teaching clinic at the Moody Outpatient Center. She provides chronic disease state management to patients and collaborates with the UTSW internal medicine residents. She is an active member of the National and Dallas-Fort Worth Chapters of American College of Clinical Pharmacy and a member of the ACCP Ambulatory Care PRN. Practice areas include: diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, heart failure, anticoagulation, asthma/COPD management, medication adherence, medication therapy management, and medication education. She also leads a class with the multidisciplinary diabetes education team for patients with diabetes.
	Matthew Belisle, PharmD, BCACP- Family Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Ambulatory Care Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Belisle is active in both ambulatory and inpatient services for Family Medicine. His inpatient responsibilities include providing clinical and administrative services to family medicine physicians, residents, and patients. Ambulatory practice areas include diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, congestive heart failure, asthma/COPD, and anticoagulation management.
	Katie Bistransin, PharmD, BCACP- Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Homeless Outreach Medical Services) PharmD: UNT System College of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas Ambulatory Care Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Bistransin established clinical pharmacy services at the Homeless Outreach Medical Services (HOMES) department. Practice areas at Parkland Health include: diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, asthma/COPD, anticoagulation and HIV prevention. She assists with coordinating the multidisciplinary diabetes and HIV Prevention educational programs at her clinical sites.
	Steven Boatright, PharmD, CDCES- Ambulatory Care Clinical Specialist PharmD: University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy Primary Care Specialty Residency: University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy/Ft. Sill Army Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Boatright is the Primary Care Clinical Specialist for Parkland's East Dallas Health Center. His focus is on diabetes management of Parkland's ethnically and racially diverse patient population. Disease states managed include diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, asthma/COPD, CHF, anticoagulation, polypharmacy, and noncompliance.
	Jason Chau, PharmD- Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy - Amarillo/Dallas PGY1 Pharmacy Residency: University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency: University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Current Practice: Dr. Chau is the ambulatory care clinical pharmacy specialist at the Bluitt-Flowers Health Center. Practice areas include: diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, CHF, anticoagulation, asthma/COPD management, and PREP. He is also an active member of the ACCP Ambulatory Care PRN.
	Kamron Amir Griffith, PharmD- HIV Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Kamron Amir Griffith, PharmD – HIV Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency: Baptist Health Floyd; New Albany, IN PGY2 Infectious Diseases Residency: UK HealthCare; Lexington, KY Current Practice: Dr. Griffith is the HIV Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. His responsibilities include rounding with the HIV Consult Service and providing care to patients at the ACCESS Clinic. He serves as a preceptor for PGY1 and PGY2 Pharmacy Residents.
	Avital Gurman, PharmD- Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency: VA North Texas Health Care System PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency: VA North Texas Health Care System Current Practice: Dr. Gurman is the ambulatory care clinical pharmacy specialist at the Parkland E. Carlyle Smith, Jr. Health Center in Grand Prairie. Practice areas include: diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, anticoagulation, asthma/COPD management, medication adherence, medication therapy management, and medication education. She is also involved in the multidisciplinary diabetes education classes at her practice site.
	Brenton Hall, PharmD, BCIDP- Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: University of North Texas System College of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Infectious Diseases Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Hall is a board certified clinical pharmacy specialist in infectious diseases. He is positioned in the Infectious Diseases/Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy Clinic where he works under a collaborative practice agreements to manage patients’ ambulatory antimicrobial therapy and chronic disease states, receives consults form providers on antimicrobial therapy plans, and rounds with the Infectious Diseases Bone and Joint Consult Team to ensure safe and effective transitions of care for this patient population. He serves a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents in the PGY1, PGY2 Infectious Diseases, and PGY2 Ambulatory Care programs.
	Lilibeth Hernandez, PharmD- Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Pharmacy PGY1 Pharmacy Residency: JPS Health Network PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency: JPS Health Network Current Practice: Dr. Hernandez is the cardiology clinical pharmacy specialist at the RJ Anderson, 4th floor cardiology clinic. Her focus is to optimize Guideline Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT) and monitor advanced heart failure patients. She also collaborates with various residents and cardiology fellows that rotate through clinic. Practice areas include: heart failure, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, anticoagulation, asthma/COPD management, medication adherence, medication therapy management, and medication education.
	Annie Mathew, PharmD, CDCES- Ambulatory Care Clinical Specialist PharmD: University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy Primary Care Residency with a Focus on Pharmacy Education: Midwestern University, Chicago College of Pharmacy Current Practice: Dr. Mathew established clinical pharmacy services at Garland Health Center (GHC), a Parkland Community-Oriented Primary Care Clinic. Practice areas include: diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, CHF, anticoagulation, asthma/COPD management and education. She coordinates the multidisciplinary diabetes education program at her clinic.
	Stacy Mathew, PharmD, BCACP, CDCES- Ambulatory Care Clinical Specialist PharmD: Midwestern University, Chicago College of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Ambulatory Care Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Mathew is the ambulatory care clinical pharmacy specialist at the Southeast Dallas Health Center. Practice areas include: diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, CHF, anticoagulation, and asthma/COPD management. She assists with coordinating the multidisciplinary diabetes education program at her clinic. Her responsibilities include providing clinical and administrative services to endocrine fellows and attendings, advanced practice providers, and patients. Practice areas include: diabetes and related conditions, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and heart failure. She is an active member of the American Diabetes Association. Dr. McNulty serves as the Director for the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Parkland Hospital.
	Kelly Slaten, PharmD, BCACP- Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Jackson Hospital Clinic in Montgomery, Alabama Ambulatory Care Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Slaten currently practices as the clinical pharmacy specialist at the RedBird Health Center. Areas of interest include diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, asthma, and anticoagulation management.
	Denise Yeung, PharmD, BCACP, CDCES- Ambulatory Care Clinical Specialist PharmD: University of Houston College of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Ambulatory Care Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Yeung established clinical pharmacy services at the Irving Health Center, a Parkland Community-Oriented Primary Care Clinic. Practice areas include: medication adherence, medication therapy management, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, CHF, anticoagulation, asthma/COPD management and education. She is a member of the multidisciplinary diabetes education program at her clinic.

Psychiatry and Jail Health

	Kimber Bailey, PharmD- Infectious Disease Internal Medicine Pharmacist PharmD: University of Houston College of Pharmacy Current Practice: Dr. Bailey manages the appropriate diagnosis and treatment of patients residing in the Dallas County Jail. In addition to infectious processes, Dr. Bailey manages all disease states for those patients assigned to the infirmary for treatment and monitoring. Their disease states range from chronic heart failure to acute pain management. The infirmary is largely housed with diabetics, hypertensives, and cancer patients. She is currently a licensed preceptor for pharmacy students throughout the nation.
	Rohini (Mona) Downs, PharmD, BCPP- Psychiatry Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Dallas, Texas Psychiatry Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Downs is one of the Psychiatric Clinical Pharmacy Specialists and serves as a preceptor for the PGY1 Psychiatry rotation. Along with the other Psychiatric specialists, she rotates to cover Psychiatric services including the Psychiatric Emergency Department, Inpatient Psychiatry Unit, Consult Liaison Psychiatry, and Behavioral Health Clinic. Dr. Downs helps provide care for patients with mental health and substance use disorders by completing consults, attending rounds and treatment team meetings, and completing patient care visits in clinic. Dr. Downs is passionate about advocating for this underserved population and is actively involved in the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists.

Practice areas include: diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, CHF, anticoagulation management, and outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy management. She is an active member of the National and Dallas-Fort Worth Chapters of American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
	Manmeet (Min) Kooner, PharmD, BCPP- Psychiatry Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Midwestern University, Chicago College of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Ambulatory Care Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Kooner is a Psychiatric Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Parkland. Her current practice involves providing clinical services and collaborating with teams on the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, consult services (addictions and psychiatry), and the Psychiatric Emergency Department. Dr. Kooner also provides smoking cessation and MTM services at Parkland’s Behavioral Health Clinic. She is also an active member of the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists (AAPP).
	Megan Mui, PharmD, BCPS, BCPP- Psychiatry Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: University of Cincinnati Pharmacy Practice Residency: Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, Brooklyn NY Psychiatry Specialty Residency: Parkland Memorial Hospital Current Practice: Dr. Mui practices in correctional health, providing collaborative care for patients experiencing substance use disorders (with a focus on OUD) and other psychiatric illnesses.  She precepts both PGY1/PGY2 pharmacy residents and pharmacy students, and also delivers lectures to UTSW psychiatry residents.  She is an active member of the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists/American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists.
	Jennifer Nelson, PharmD, BCPP- Psychiatry Clinical Pharmacy Specialist PharmD: Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy Psychiatry Specialty Residency: Western Missouri Mental Health Center in Kansas City, Missouri Current Practice: Dr. Nelson is currently the Psychiatry Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Parkland. Her clinical duties include managing around 200 psychiatry patients a month in clinic at the Dallas County Jail, with disease states ranging from schizophrenia to bipolar disorder to depression. She participates in many teaching activities including mid-level lectures, TIMA lectures, mentors UT and Texas Tech students, and is the PGY2 Psychiatry Program Director. She is an active member of the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists.
