What Services are Provided?

  • Education
  • Brief consultation during Primary Care Physician visits
  • Brief scheduled 15-minute behavioral health visits
    • These appointments are similar to doctor visits.  Usually, these visits will end due to the patient making progress, but we remain available for questions or new concerns.
  • Medication Management
  • Community Referrals

How to Get Help

If you have questions or concerns about your child's well-being, emotions, or behavior, our team of qualified behavioral health professionals are here to help. We offer free 15-minute behavioral health check-ins during your child's primary care appointment. We also have scheduled visits. Behavioral health visits can be in-person or virtual (phone or video).
