Registration Process

1.       Visit the registration link

www.parklandhealth.org/parkland-healthy-start

2.       Complete the interest form

On the Healthy Start page, look for area that says “Fill out our interest form here” and submit your details.

3.       Await follow-up contact  a member of our staff will reach out to you to confirm your request.
