Vivian Field Youth & Family Center

The Vivian Field Youth & Family Center is a school-based center at Vivian Field Middle School in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District. Our network works closely with school nurses to provide healthcare to children and adults. These services include physicals, immunizations, preventive care check-ups, chronic disease management, sick visits, acute care, and referrals to Parkland and outside subspecialty clinics, including for mental health treatment.
